Investment Policy

UEB3 offers three fund types:

• Pioneer Fund – Capital Guaranteed
• Conservative Fund – Capital Guaranteed
• Aggressive Fund – No Capital Guarantee, High Risk–High Return

All funds are actively managed by UEB3’s professional trading team. Returns are entirely based on real-time market performance. UEB3 does not offer any fixed or assured ROI.

Capital Guarantee Policy

• Capital Guarantee is available only for Pioneer and Conservative Funds (initial principal only).
• Aggressive Fund does not include any capital protection.
• Guarantee excludes losses due to force majeure, exchange failure, or regulatory intervention.

Performance & Return Policy

UEB3 does not commit to any fixed or minimum return. Profit is based solely on the actual trading performance of the selected fund. Clients are advised to select a fund that aligns with their risk appetite:

• Pioneer & Conservative – Low to moderate growth, principal secured
• Aggressive – High growth potential, high risk, capital not secured

Risk Disclosure Policy

• Investments in digital assets are inherently volatile.
• While capital protection applies to certain funds, profit is not guaranteed in any case.
• Aggressive Fund investors may experience both high gains and potential capital loss.
• UEB3 is not liable for losses outside of guaranteed fund parameters.

AML & KYC Policy

All investors must complete full KYC verification before participating. Documents required include:

• Valid government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• Source of funds

All transactions are monitored under strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Suspicious activity will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

User Data Collection & Permissions

• UEB3 collects personal data when you register or use our platform, such as your name, email, contact info, KYC documents, wallet details, and usage logs.
• This data is used for: account management, identity verification (KYC/AML), enabling investments, processing withdrawals, customer support, and compliance.
